What to Ask Your Cleaning Crew
While there are many cleaning services that are competing to clean your listing, there are some essential questions that need to be answered to make your life easier:
Are you familiar with same day turnovers and Airbnb cleanings?
How many do you currently clean?
How many cleaners are on your team?
What does your scheduling process entail? Texts? Emails?
Are you comfortable with tech like apps and photography? Reliable phone?
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies? Non-toxic? Toiletries?
How do you handle cleaning all the linens? On-site or off-site?
Do you have a last minute runner service option in case something needs to be addressed at the property?
Are you comfortable changing batteries in tech like cameras, sensors, etc?
Do you service amenities such as hot tubs? Fire pits? Mini golf?
Can you help with rolling out garbage cans to the curb on certain days?
Are we able to ship supplies to your home in order to restock?
Lastly, is there anything i can do to make your lives easier or ask my guests to do?
These are the main questions I always ask and encourage hosts to do the same.
