With Aircover from Airbnb, or other insurance companies for that matter, a claim needs to be justified by both parties involving you and the guest having to discuss what happened. This wait costs not only time and stress but also, possibly, a bad rating on Airbnb.
We at M.R.P.G. have found a couple of great insurance companies that are painless when you file a claim and the guest is NEVER contacted. Even better, the fees are minimal per reservation and can be put back on the guest!
The two companies with great track records are Safely and Waivo.
Safely offers a per night fee while Waivo offers a per stay fee for the guests. The claims are processed within a few days and the representatives are more than helpful. We love them.
